The service

A design visit is a 45-minute walk-round of a property you are considering buying, followed by a one-page Vision Sheet. Advice given on a design visit is early stage and exploratory, showing the art of the possible rather than acting as a formal survey or design feasibility study. It is not structural, legal, planning or valuation advice.

Booking and payment

Your booking is confirmed once the fee is paid. Prices are shown at booking and include any VAT due.

Rearranging and cancelling

You can rearrange or cancel from your Manage my booking page. Refunds for cancellations are handled by Nathan personally.

Liability

We take reasonable care, but decisions about buying or altering a property are yours. Please take professional advice before relying on any idea.
