What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, the property address, your booking notes, payment status and any feedback you give.

Why

To arrange and carry out your design visit, send your Vision Sheet, take payment and improve the service.

Who sees it

Only Nathan Lonsdale. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card details.

How long

We keep booking records for up to six years for accounts purposes, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing nathan@thisishomecollective.com. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
